The Birth of Jesus ( The Savior)
Jesus's Birthday , which is on 25th December , is celebrated as Christmas. Here , I am gonna tell the story of our Messiah !
Matthew 1:18-25
The Blessed Virgin Mary ( peace be upon her) , was engaged to Joseph. Before they got married, Mary was found to be pregnant with the Holy Spirit.
Joseph planned to divorce her secretly. But an angel appeared to him in a dream and told him not to divorce Mary as she was conceived by the Holy Spirit and will bear a son and his name is ' JESUS'( Emmanuel) , as he will save the people from their sins.
Joseph then accepted Mary as his wife but he didn't have any marital relationship with her until she gave birth to Jesus.
There were sheep , the 3 wise men from the East who brought Gold , Frankincense and Myrrh to baby Jesus . While returning to their homeland , they went through another route , to escape from King Herod. King Herod was a pharoah ( King) in Egypt who was very cruel and made a rule to kill the 1st infant male child.
We get to learn from this :
1) We should be patient and understand the situation
2) God is the best planner.
