FIELD VISIT#1 Akeri, Konkan trip

On 6th September 2020 , I , my parents , my sister and my paternal grandparents decided to go to see the shoot of the superhit Marathi TV serial, RATRIS KHEL CHALE . 

At 12:30,I got ready in checkered indo-western kurti with ripped jeans and nude sneakers. At 1 pm, we decided to go for the journey. It was quite a hot day so we decided to switch on the car's AC at high speed. Rivers were dried up , the soil got dehydrated along with a good amount of green grass

My grandpa had done construction work to his friend and we met him with proper social distance. Then we went from Panhala to gagangiri. The humidity started increasing . Various trees like banyan ,banana ,etc. welcomed us. When we reached near Amboli Ghat, we decided to take a break and clicked some photos. The humidity made us sweat and fog started coming. The green trees and the wildlife made us feel proud of our STATE !

We also saw one fort of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj who has done a lot of contribution to Maharashtra. The beautiful ghats, greenery and the VANAR monkeys made the scenery too beautiful and breathtaking . We did some rest and ate snacks like apples ,fafda and frooti. 

As we went on, the humidity started increasing and in the mist , rain started pouring with lightning. When we waited on the Railway tracks, we had to wait for half an hour. I pulled out my textbook and started studying a little. After that, medium rain started pouring.

Then we reached Kankavali then vashi ,nevle and many other villages. We crossed  goa too. We went to Akeri  and the humidity increased severely. Banana ,betelnut, Mango trees and paddy fields were seen plus various streams and rivers. 

Finally, we came to Akeri and we decided to go there and clicked pics. The actors had gone 1 month before only to their actual homes . The locals told that only a few rooms were used by the actors and the actors used to live in cottages. They restricted us from coming due to Covid-19. We clicked a lot of pics.

Laterite soil was there and huge moss and insects were seen. In kankavli , there were fish markets as it is very famous here. We brought some dry fish . While returning, we decided to have dinner break. Rain started coming and huge lightning was there. We waited there for 1/2 hour and did some rest. We ordered chicken chilli and chicken manchurian and we ate with the chapattis our mom had brought for us. 

We also saw a moon which was very colourful. When were passing through Maharashtra, Karnataka ghats, huge thunderstorm had occured. But we reached home safely at 11pm.

These memories are very colourful to me!
